Will’s solo show, Gender Play, or what you Will, has completed its first two runs! A world premiere with About Face Theatre in Chicago and a subsequent run at Island Shakespeare Festival on Whidbey Island, Washington.

The Chicago production earned three Jeff Award nominations:

• Best New Work for Will Wilhelm & Erin Murray

• Best Solo Performances for Will Wilhelm

• Best Lighting Design for Gabrielle Strong

Next up is a three week run this fall with Indianapolis Shakespeare Festival.

Additionally the short film that Will shot in 2023, Apolitical, written and directed by Mishu Hilmy, is beginning its festival circuit. The premiere of the film will be Tuesday, April 16th at the Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival.
